What usually disappears completely
Coffee, tea, juice, grease, make-up, perspiration marks and the general grey film. Fresh stains of any kind also respond well – the less time they have had to sink in, the more fully they come out.
What can often only be lightened
Old red wine, ink, marker pen, turmeric and bleach damage. Here the dye has already become part of the fibre. We tell you before we start what we expect – and if we think the effort is not worth it, we say that too.
Please do not pre-treat it yourself
The most common cause of permanent damage is not the stain but the attempt to rub it away. Rubbing pushes the dye deeper and opens the weave; household remedies containing bleach leave pale rings that cannot be corrected. Fresh stain: blot, do not rub – and send us a photo.

Common questions
Can I have just one stain treated?
Technically yes, sensibly rarely: a cleaned patch on otherwise uncleaned upholstery often looks lighter than the rest. We usually clean the whole seating area so the result is even.
How quickly should I get in touch?
As early as possible. Fresh stains have far better odds. A photo on WhatsApp is enough for a first assessment.
Do you guarantee removal?
No, and nobody should. We give an honest assessment before starting – that is worth more than a promise.
