Hot water extraction with a professional machine: solution goes in, dirt and water come straight back out. Sofa, corner sofa and mattress cleaning in Munich.

FAQ
Common questions
Do all stains really come out?
The honest answer is no. Most soiling – coffee, grease, make-up, the general grey film – disappears completely. Old red wine or ink stains, bleach damage and dye that has bonded to the fibre can sometimes only be lightened. We tell you what is realistic before we start, not afterwards.
How long does it take to dry?
The actual drying time depends on the material, room temperature, humidity and how the upholstery is built. We work with as little moisture as possible without compromising the cleaning result.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Just clear the space around the furniture and have a power socket available. We bring the water.
What does the call-out cost?
Free call-out within 40 km of our base for an order value from €150. Below that a €30 call-out fee applies; it appears in the calculator as its own line.
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, the minimum order value is €129. That is separate from the call-out, which becomes free from €150. It is often worth having a second piece cleaned at the same time.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Tell us when suits you. We confirm the appointment personally. You can give two time windows in the calculator and we will check availability.
How do I pay?
After we check the result together: cash or by invoice. There is no prepayment.
Do you clean child car seats?
Yes. We clean fabric child seats and baby carriers carefully and appropriately for the material. A child seat costs 49 €. Please note our minimum order value of 129 €.
Do you clean individual car seats?
Yes, single front seats too. One front seat costs 49 €. Two seats next to each other cost 79 €.
Do you remove pet hair?
Yes. Additional pet hair removal starts at 15 €. Where the hair is particularly dense, the extra work can start at 25 €.
What happens with heavy soiling?
With particularly heavy soiling, extra work may be charged from 15 €. You can upload photos beforehand so we can judge the effort more accurately.
